But in terms of Race, would people disagree about general difference between Europeans, Afrikans, or East Asians… or other various peoples around the world?

Well those generic terms e.g. "Africans" are even worse. I use them quite often myself, but still. You can see the difference between an arab, a chinese, and a person from India can't you? They all live in Asia and are "asians". Africa has at least 2-3 different types of blacks, and north of sahara they are of middle-eastern decent. Not all Africans are the same. As for Europe, I can see a clear difference between North, South, and East europeans.

If we want to be serious about race then the best thing to do is probably to refer directly to the ethnic group.
