No need to say anymore.
Why not?

I'm pretty certain that the footage in that video was shot in Peckham in the borough of Lewisham in south London (where Only Fools and Horses was meant to have been set). There are many long established African and African-Carribean communities there. Peckham is apparantly one of the most diverse areas in the UK.

Demographic data from the old census (new census data not available yet) show that there are more blacks within that particular area than whites. Peckham has a white British (English) population of 2,928 or 25.73%, whereas its black African (excluding African-Caribbean) population is 4060, or 35%. From the 2001 census data.

According to the stats the Peckham ward in Lewisham has the lowest number of white British (English) within the entire borough (and probably a contender for the entire country). Peckham is quite close to the river Thames, its in inner London. You'll find more English people in outer London.

The problem by saying no need to say anymore is that it seems as though you are trying to give the impression that there aren't any English people in London, whereas according to the last census they were the majority (4,287,861 (59.79%) out of 7,172,091 people in the London area). Oh wait your trying to paint all of England like this. Bellend.

So basically it was London and England and there weren't many English in that particular area because who ever filmed it decided to go to an area that is considered one of the most diverse areas in the country.
