But what about Asian eyelid surgery? Isn't it a sign of copying Europeans?

Are 'round eyes' exclusively observed in European populations?, does the rest of the world have square eyes? Why must it be Asians copying Europeans?, why not the very popular African American Hip Hop stars?

To be honest i don't think these cases are actually representative of a region with a billion + people.
