This has been known about for some time. The question that needs to be asked is what is the WAFC doing about it - their lovechild caught flagrantly breaching the salary cap.

Yes, the info came direct from the player himself - two contracts, one submitted to the WAFC, one under the table.

Why would the WAFC care? Any fine they impose is only their money coming back to them anyway.

Maybe they can pay back the $10K they extorted from the PFC for no breach of the salary cap while they are at it.
And after that they basically said, let this be a warning to all WAFL clubs, any future breaches will carry similar penalties. I'm sure many a WAFL supporter will be watching this space. The WAFC have made their bed they way they dealt with Perth (and the tough talk that went with it) and with the money that has been committed to Peel they might have backed themselves into a corner on this one.
