I'd hate to take that to trial....the state will spare no expense....it'd be brutal as hell.

Yeah, I wouldn't expect anyone to win that. But it's written into TN State law and even shows up when you take the mandatory 'Carry Permit' course.

I specifically asked the instructor about it because it was the only section of the training manual that he avoided. He pretty much refused to discuss it.
