Office of Minority Health.........

Offices of Minority Health can be found at the Federal, Regional, and State levels. This page contains contacts for each of these offices.

Hold on.....we're not done.....

How about this office?

CDC's Office of Minority Health
& Health Equity (OMHHE)

http://www.cdc.gov/minorityhealth/OMHHE.html

Recent legislation requires the establishment of an Office of Minority Health within the Office of the Director at six US Department of Health and Human Services agencies - including CDC - with the head of each office reporting directly to the head of each agency.

Although CDC has had an Office of Minority Health in place for over 20 years (formerly the Office of Minority Health & Health Disparities or OMHD), in order to comply with all provisions of the new statute, CDC organizationally re-aligned and re-named it's office: Office of Minority Health & Health Equity (OMHHE).

Or this office?

Minority and Multicultural Health

These office's employ a lot of people........ALL working on the tax dollar.......

THESE are the things that really tick me off about the government.

These are the issues....that Bigac, and Rocat, and others REFUSE to address, or talk about.

How much do these offices go through each year? Because when checking out their budgets......I see that they are funded from 3 or 4 different government agencies......

WHY? Of course we all know that answer.......to make the numbers LOOK smaller.

That's from their .gov site.......
I see somebody hasn't read Article I of the Constitution. It's all right there in the text!

...and there shall be offices of Minority Health to meet the special needs of those we deem to be in a special class. Congress shall provide funds to agencies who shall then provide funds to the offices of Minority Health. This will bring about equitable health outcomes and ensure social justice. But seriously, why would you call me out on this, as if I had any use or support for such a beast? Do you think I support this nonsense?
