Forget the bogeyman. He doesn't exist. And if he ever does, we'll all band together and kill him six ways to Sunday.

The boogey man does exist. I agree we dont need to spend trillions playing war games with him. What we need to do is simply be sure they understand that if they fuck with us in any manner (as in 9/11) that we will simply wipe their country from the face of the earth.
