1. Pro business policies. No nonsense. (unions brought down to size but not abolished)
As long as they are left to wither on the vine and all government support is removed. Punitive laws attacking them wouldn't be kosher.

2. Relax EPA regulations for drilling on/offshore. I think we can all get on board with that.

3. Long term Capital Gains Rate remains at current level of 15%. I can live with that.

4. Tax vacation for personal and corporate funds ($2-4T)currently held overseas if spent on R&D, startups, expansion, employee training or capital investment. I'd just give them a tax vacation and not force their behavior.

5. Illegals deported ASAP. How you gonna pay for it? Rather, make it impossible for them to live here and watch them self deport.

6. Enemies to US not engaged in perpetual war but threatened with total and immediate destruction under certain and well understood circumstances. This should be standing US policy.

7. War on drugs. Over. Too costly and ineffective. I waffle on this. I'd probably legalize marijuana and take it slow on the others.

8. 1% hike on SS tax and Medicare. No. Absolutely not. Kill those taxes and kill those programs. Dead. Forever. Don't steal one more fucking cent from any worker to pay for these bullshit programs. End them, immediately, and let whomever gets fucked today do the crying. Why should they get off light?

9. Fire 20% of all federal employees ASAP. And do it while laughing. When they ask "what are we supposed to do now?" You say "I don't give a fuck, but you can't do it here. Peace out."

10. Find a way to take one year off of standard 4 year college programs to lower costs. Freeze on tuition prices to prevent tuition hike to make up the difference which allows graduates into other programs one year sooner or into employment one year sooner. Do not ever, ever, ever, ever, ever attempt to dictate prices. Ever. No price floors, no price ceilings, no price freezes. Ever. It doesn't work. Ever. I'm all for increasing efficiency and shortening the college degree program (fuck a summer vacation, you go to school from start to finish with only a couple of weeks off a year, just like the work world). But to monkey with the prices as a way to get costs down is a sure fire way to make things worse. Instead, get rid of government subsidation and let the market take over student loans. Allow the loans to be dispensed in bankruptcy. This will force banks to be very careful about who they give money to. This will mean less people can afford college, which will drive the price down. People can work and save for college, like they used to. A little discrimination will make a degree worth something again.
