Of course I'm aware of this.. But I'm talking about disingenuous statements.

Not the President's ability to usurp Congress..

This is a matter of priorities.. Presidents push congress when they're crafting legislation, so will he pursue these things or not?

Some of them are worded funny. Federalizing gay marriage? Not sure what you mean. Amnesty? Again, not sure.
