Possibly...but I think the bottom line of any type of punishment program aimed at the 'rich'...is that it will not 'fix' anything.

My grandma used to say for 90% of the world....if you took ALL them money, and divided it up equally....that 90% would be right where they are within 5 years.

The broke, deadbeats, and money wasters, would still be broke....and those that had worked hard, would be about where they were before.

I think there is a LOT of truth to that.

I think that's true, to a large degree. We all know people who can't manage money. People who get an inheritance, and blow it in a year, or whatever.

Personally, I hate greed. I also hate envy.

I have various notions, but no real answers, as of yet.

Thanks for being someone I can have a conversation with, without having to worry about what ideas I might spit out. Discussion is fun.
