Well, I have to concede the direct experience angle on that one.

Still, these issues we argue here, are for the most part theoretical, and address concerns that are universal.

Yes. But this is different. For instance, I have a coworker who I have taken under my wing in the last few years. He grew up in a shitty ghetto neighborhood, with shitty parents, and all he knew was how to act "black". He was a "wigger". Well, he's been making something of himself on my watch, but he slipped up, and had to go back to jail for 45 days on a DUI just recently. I asked him what was the hardest part about it, and he told me it was the niggers. 2 years ago, this guy would have NEVER used that word.

Same thing with people I know from the military. They all complain about the fucking niggers.

And here I am, living in a multiracial neighborhood, and all of the problems stem from the same demographic groups: Blacks and Puerto Ricans.

It's easy to deny these facts when they aren't in your face. But it's impossible to deny when they are.
