Rush Limbaugh screams abject stupidity whenever the word is mentioned..

"There's no such thing! It's just a made up word by the left!!!"

Or, my personal favorite..

"It's just another word for Jew! That's all they mean, folks!!!"

He's terrified of it because he leans in that direction quite often..
