It is a made up term meant to define and split up conservatives and you people fall right into the liberal/statist trap by adhering to it. I am a conservative born in 1962 that way, never been anything else neo/paleo or any other prefix is not required!

You are a neocon. Everyone sees this but you. There are different classes and degrees of conservative, as there are for liberals.
