You guys kinda missed my point. I agree with everything you were talking about, though.

My point was that my area must be back to full employment for experienced concrete finishers, since we're not getting any applications.

Which is good, cuz now I can ask for more money! We're short-handed! Yes!

Sure, we were having some fun. But don't underestimate my point about extended unemployment benefits. I mean, would Cosmo [or any other nigger] rather sit on his fat ass all day and get paid for it....or would he rather finish concrete in the hot sun and get a heart attack?
