And thus, "the Moment When the Rise of the Oceans Began to Slow" has passed..

And they all know it.

They also have to know that he'll NEVER have the power he had when he was first elected.. Second term doesn't matter.

It was a moment in time that has come and gone, and even if he is re-elected, he will be so toxic and so broken that he will never be able to govern effectively.. And they're not going to win a majority in Congress to permit him to rule unopposed.

He may as well quit.
