I don't fight anyone if I can help it. But I've known many cops in my time, and they inevitably fall into two categories: They're either Christians dedicated to protect and serve, or they're common thugs. Most are thugs.

The average patrol cop deals with so many fucking idiots on a nightly basis that Job would tell YHWH-1 to go fuck himself. Just defer, and more than likely, they'll reciprocate, unless you're really, really fucked up.
