Since when is calling an altitude challenged, weight challenged, color challenged person a short fat nigger a crime? When did we forfeit our right to freedom of speech?

You can't do that in the workplace, or you will be written up and then have to go for 'sensitivity training'. However, people talk like that all the time, they just make sure that only the people who agree with them hear it.
