In some situations it, and much more harsh, is perfectly acceptable in my opinion. Never against American citizens and never against uniformed soldiers though.

I agree; but any Muslims, or niggers should be waterboarded, have their fingernails ripped off, tortured for days. Then when we tire of torturing them, take them to the middle of the Sahara (or any other desert will do.) Cut off their goddamn eyelids and tie them to a post all day long and let the sun cook their tiny brains out.
