The Congress of The People assembled can override the whims of the President.

We are desperately looking for ways to insert a hidden poll tax of sorts now to rid ourselves of democrats. Its a very tall order. Voter ID is as close as we can get. There has to be a way. We desperately need Mexican votes. They are a superstitious lot so psychological warfare may be just what the Dr. ordered. It can be done but only thru one of their own. Stay tuned...
