Have you considered the nature of the people on Obongo's staff? His czars? Many of them have proven themselves to be virtual lunatics in the past. They're the kind of people who cry and have funerals for trees when they're cut down. I think we all know that Barry doesn't have the brains or experience to come up with any of this shit on his own.
