It will take an informed citizenry to do it.. But they're too fat and stupid to be relied upon.

That's why I say a 3rd party (or more). We may have passed the threshold where 51% of the people will understand and advocate the principles of liberty.

I may have said this before, but the founding of the USA was very unique in that it's citizenry was made up to a large degree by people who'd left the mother country behind, the ones who favored being left to their own devices, and then was compounded by a couple of centuries of living in the new world, living on the frontier, etc.
