Yeah, it's terrible. It's what the people thought they wanted, but it's terrible. Jonah Goldberg had a good article today about his time as governor, and what kind of governor he is. It was an interesting take.

"Moreover, is not a man of vision. He is a man of duty and purpose. He was told to “fix” health care in ways Massachusetts would like. He was told to fix the 2002 Olympics. He was told to create Bain Capital. He did it all. The man does his assignments."

I think that the above is a very true and insightful statement.

He's a winner. He can accomplish things. But with no foundation, that becomes, potentially, a very scary thing.
