I personally think anyone who is asked to do this AT LEAST deserves a 0% cap gains rate for life.. Should be a Constitutional Amendment...

My idea "enslaves" fewer than would be now. And hopefully, if these entitlements are phased out entirely, it will eventually be zero, at least for SS and medicare. And you talk as though we're recently inventing these entitlements. This is an old idea that needs time to die. Attempting to kill it at once in the name of "conservatism" will just get you booted out of the room.
