If Congress is hell bent on repealing Obamacare, can't stop them, even if he wanted to stop them - and there's no indication that he would stop them. If Paul attempts to repeal it without Congress' approval, they will stop him dead in his tracks.

Paul would be "pissing into the wind" if he tried to do it on his own-----excuse the expression.
