So what you're saying Spliff is that you think Romey, if elected as POTUS, will get in office and immediately shut down the GOP-controlled Congress (and hopefully GOP-controlled Senate) when they come to him to start whacking away at Obamacare, thereby ensuring that his chances of a second term are 0 percent.
