This speech tells you he's in terrible trouble.. He knows it. His team know it..

He's blown it.. and that's the reason for "liberally" salting the thing with talking points more at home on the GOP debate stage than in a Democrat President's SOTU.

Yes, but half of the country remains ignorant and will vote for him regardless. Its truly a sad state of affairs.
