Fucking Santorum won Iowa, and they're playing all kinds of games. What's with 8 precincts missing? What does that mean? Did Paul do better than they're saying?

They just go ahead and call it a "tie", after all the good press went to . I mean, I HATE Santorum, but if he won, he deserves the title of winner.
