Ron Paul's plan is to cut $1 trillion out of the budget in his first year. And to reduce spending to 15% of GDP and balance the budget by the year 2015.

Mitt 's plan is to cut $27 billion out of the budget in his first year. And to cap spending at 20% of GDP. He supports the Ryan Plan, which achieves a balanced budget in 2040.

Who cares what Paul says his plans are? It's irrelevant ... as he is not going to get the nomination.
