Do you live someplace that has suffered near severe job loss... and... after a period of years,... maybe even a decade or two at this point... nothing has really been done in your view by your direct municipal, village, or county, & state leadership to provide any selling point advantage for mid-sized to larger employers that would attract a new nest of jobs?
