Exactly. Market forces don't say pay $60 for an aspirin, the hospital does.

The hospital does (in part, IMO), because it costs them 60 bucks to get that aspirin to you.

.01 for the pill.

20 bucks for the guy putting the pill in a plastic cup.

20 bucks for the nurse to hand it to you.

19.99 for the union janitors to clean up after the nurse.
