It is knowledgeable, thoughtful, and well written. With all of your decades of experience, you have never posted anything remotely equivalent to it.

Intellectually, I am your elder. You should show the proper respect.

I actually think you have potential and with some mentoring you might become a force to be considered, but you are not there yet.

Put the arrogance in your back pocket for a while. You might realize that others actually have some valid arguments.
