Bolton is too inflamatory and ideologically biased to be SOS. Rice is incompetent.. She was always over sold, as is the case with most cabinet members.

Well, she wasn't too with the program on 9/11 that's for sure. She marginalized Richard Clarke when he was jumping around yelling ATTACK. So she'd be a good Biden replacement. As for John Bolton, he was always sort of a jerk IMHO.
