Remember what happened in 2008 when fuel prices at the pump went over four dollars a gallon?
The economy contracted. Hard.
Guess what happens when you piss off the natives controlling a significant percentage of the oil tap to the world and the fuel prices go to five or six dollars a gallon.
If you were trying to destroy the American economy because you were a bitter communist shithead who was raised to think that way, how would you go about wrecking the economy?
