Iranians are starving ?

Now would be a great time to start bombing...

Now would be a good time to rethink our fucked up, self-destructive foreign policy. By hurting the average Iranian citizen we're only giving them a legitimate reason to unite against us. And if we actually do bomb them we can expect reprisals for the next 100 years.
