Legislation vs Terrorism

The pen is truly mightier than the sword.
The problem is that the pen fundamentally changes and destroys the society it was intended to protect.
The "terrorists" have already won.

Any law can be repealed.
The terrorists have won as along as we have a president who refuses to recognize them.
