GOOD GOSH.... IF THESE PROLES GET THINKING

ABOUT GOVERNMENT AS A LIMITED INSTITUTION...

ACCOUNTABLE TO THEM.... WELL, WE JUST CAN'T

GO THERE!!!! I think that's exactly the problem.. Small, limited government that minds its own business is boring.

There's no money in it either... so, naturally.. Can't have that.
