Seems like it mostly involves which house he lived in at the time in VA and how his kids were educated and who paid for it.
I was curious how Barney Frank escaped the Senate list of most corrupt until I checked out Discover The Network's page on CREW (CITIZENS FOR RESPONSIBILITY AND ETHICS IN WASHINGTON):

I'm indifferent to Santorum, neither for nor against.
His saber rattling has me concerned, besides that he does have some good ideas.
And he just doesn't come across as dishonest to me.
Does he 'work the system' some in DC? Perhaps.
It's one of the reasons why the Congress has a low approval rating.
Most of them do.
