Oh, please. You have to be more than just conservative. You have to able to APPLY conservatism to our laws. Paul will be tied up with rope, gagged and placed in a corner for four years by a congress that will not budge to his demands.

Well. There have been thus far 13,652 Executive Orders in the history of the USA. The President could nullify all of them.

Every position at every level of every Cabinet department serves at the pleasure of the President. He can fire them all, and end Departments at will.

The US Military answers to the President. Commander-in-Chief.

You only need the Congress, for the most part, if you want to do more. Doing less is very simple and easy.
