Great to hear! I've started exercising again these past couple of weeks myself. Sort of like what you said, I've found that 'I really should do something' or 'I look like crap' really aren't the kind of powerful contexts that get me into action, and don't create any more of a future than the idea of avoiding something bad. If I'll I'm trying to do is avoid something bad, it's easy enough to watch television or get involved in something to forget the fact that I'm out of shape until the next time I look in the mirror. What had me get going, and I'm enjoying exercising these past couple of weeks much more than usual, isn't feeling bad, but rather looking at the kind of person I want to be for the next 40 years of my life - someone who has the fitness and mastery to take on all of life. Seeing a future of mastery and exploration is a far better motivator than a fat belly, I think.

Keep sharing how it's going!
