Because maybe Paul did say or do something deemed as racist 20+ years ago, that he expressed crazy ideas with Alex Jones, or that he would prefer to cancel our checks to Israel and other foriegn countries isn't a reason to not vote for him. Even his opinion on allowing Iran to aquire a nuclear weapon isn't a reason.

He's more then fit to be President,
and if he was to be elected President....

He would still have to face a presumably Republican congress initially.
What could he do ? Can Paul really fight a hostile congress ?
