RINO sparklebot, Sarah Palin endorsed Iowa Gov. Branstad against the Tea Party candidate.

John McCain, Rick Perry, Terry Branstad...all RINOs endorsed AGAINST the Tea Party candidates by "tea party darling" Sarah Palin.
Does this help to understand why Branstad said what he said?
Is the Republican party headed for a schism on the eve of a momentous election in 2012?
