I don't underestimate the power of the President, regardless of who is controlling Congress. Obama as a lame ducker will do more damage in 4 years than he did the first 4 years. He has the power of the pen on his side.

Replacing all of the Congressmen isn't a realistic possibility right now, much as I'd love it to be.
