Yea, it may be as you theorized. Politicians are tricky like that. I've also read where it was electronically brought down and didn't crash. To tell the truth, no telling what happened or what's going on behind the scenes now. But like you said, if that thing was returned, what better gift for Obammy? Bring those numbers up, make Obammy look like a great leader, get that other BS off the news and on and on.
