Got news for Marlene.. She's going to lose this lawsuit.

The way the laws are written, this is clearly what is termed "hostile workplace harassment" and she's fucked.

Should have just cut his hours, stuck him in the back, come up with a reason to fire him.. Something..

But running her mouth just about guarantees that the fat guy is going to win this..
She should have handled it differently. I certainly would have.

I'd have switched his shift......cut hours.....included scrubbing toilets as his duties.....put him on some deliveries....etc.

I wonder why she didn't take that path?

Was it because she was FORCED to keep him, under the laws (due to unions)? And wasn't able to cut his time, or change his duties, so she opted to try and sorta 'drive' him away?
