What can be said of a group that votes 95% for more and more free shit?

People in current receipt of welfare benefits at election time should be excluded from the vote. Not permanently, just while receiving benefits. Such a blatant conflict of interest shouldn't be allowed.
It's also a good incentive to get OFF welfare.
