Default Attraction and wealth
Attraction develops wealth.

Does your community attract anyone to it?

Let's be honest here. You live in a rundown town full of empty factories and grain elevators. Now you have nothing but a few bars, strip clubs, and porn stores. There are dope dealers on every corner and needle worshippers in every alleyway.

These smaller cities inland have no beach shores and polluted rivers. The fish aren't safe to eat. Those who live under the bridges and in the sewers have more spending money than those with mortgages.

The bankers don't know what to do, they've already cut payroll in two thirds. All the companies that can still float barely are, and your car is a joke. It looks like crap but you bought it anyway.

Your kids know all about Karl Marx but have no idea how to get a good job earning more than you did with nothing but a GED or a high school diploma.

Computers haven't made the world easier, they've compounded expectations from supervisors, managers, directors, and executives... because the shareholders are going hungry.

Now let me ask you some questions. Do you know your town's history? Are there any important facts or historical locations that make your town a valuable stop since it doesn't have ski slopes or surf?

THINK.

No attraction. No wealth.

Know attraction. Know wealth.
