I agree, but where are you putting morals into fiscal policy, I guess is what I am trying to get at. Let's say, how is abortion related to fiscal policy ? Or pick another social issue (except AGW, that has many fiscal issues tied into it).

If you have no morals, no scruples, no ethics, how on Earth do you expect to have good fiscal policy?
