But, the truth is, they are the ultimate in legislating morals.

Everything from the demon toys in Kids Meals to the myriad evils of salt..

It's a hollow argument.. They're proven their stripes.

I'll take the Tenth Amendment and States and Localities over their one size fits all, moral diktats from Fedgov any day.

OMG trans fat (which the modern libs endorsed because militant vegetarians didn't want saturated fats) is going to kill us. STFU, bring back the saturated fats then, they are the precursor to many hormones, like testosterone.
