Then I presume that you pay your own health bills and don't belong to any insurance plan (if you are overweight). Those who chose to eat until oblivion are welcome to do so but it is a TAX on me when my health costs go up because insurance companies have to pay for all the accompanying health issues of those who are obese. So, in fact it does make a difference to me and my personal wealth if others behave irresponsibly and expect me to share in their health care costs.
