It's bullshit anyway. There is no hard and fast set of rules as to just what constitutes good health. Be it diet, exercise, booze, smoking, drugs or stress. Add to that the fact that the eggheads are always changing their fucking minds. One week it's healthy. The next it's not.

I work out, and I try not to eat too much shitty food, but I do enjoy takeaways also. I smoke like a fucking chimney. I don't drink. I'm not obese. But that's just me. I won't preach to anyone. We all know these folk that eat utter shit with every meal, smoke 60+ per day, drink like fish and are as fat as fuck. Yet they live to be a hundred!

I'll do exactly as I please. I'll mind my own business, and I'll thank you to oblige me the same courtesy.
The hard and fast rule is to avoid eating anything the commercials on FOX Network tell you to eat.
